Access to information- Through our quarterly newsletters and regular events, we keep our members informed of any current developments in the WASH sector, which could impact their businesses.
Access to finance- We help WASH businesses to access capital to make investments and seize business opportunities in the WASH sector
Advocacy– We seek to cut the red tape that holds WASH entrepreneurs back, through our advocacy work. In this way we support the creation of an enabling policy environment for WASH business.
Networks and partnerships- We seek to introduce our members to new networks and help them build new business partnerships
Quality Assurance- Through self-regulation, we ensure that our members provide good quality services to their clients.
Product/ service development and innovation- We work with our members and their clients to develop appropriate technologies such as; solar powered hand pumps for drinking water, tippy-taps for schools, and motorized fecal sludge pit-emptying.
Cost reduction or access to key resources- As an association, we can negotiate on behalf of our members, with suppliers for a reduction in prices on key materials
